The Taste of Madrid.

I love beer. So when I was asked by the guys at Mahou Beer in Madrid to be one of their international ambassadors, visit the brewery and some of the city’s top tapas bars and restaurants, contribute an article for their ‘Taste of Madrid’ brand book AND cook a special 5-course dinner with beers paired for some of Spain’s top food and beverage journalists and influencers, well it was like I’d been training for this very moment my whole life.

Even got to play a game at the famous Bernabau Stadium.
