For over 25 years, I have been fortunate to travel the globe, following and feeding my passions.
At the Movember Foundation, I played an integral role in shaping the brand and culture for over a decade, building and expanding Movember’s reach and impact across the UK, Ireland & Europe. I helped Movember grow from an idea between mates at a pub, to over 6 million participants, more than AU$1.5 billion in funds raised, and the organisation ranked in the world’s Top 50 NGOs. I continue to serve Movember as an Independent Member of the world’s largest men’s health organisation.
As a chef, I worked at top restaurants around the world and produced innovative food concepts, events and experiences, including co-founding Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded Pilgrim Restaurant after successfully winning Series 2 of the hit Netflix programme Million Pound Menu.
With a lifetime spent travelling the globe, storytelling comes naturally. While at Movember, I wrote the Cook like a Man trilogy of cookbooks which was published by Boxtree/Pan MacMillan and co-founded Root + Bone Magazine in London, a quarterly, independent print publication with a circulation of 35,000 copies distributed across 450 of the UK’s top restaurants, bars and cafes.
If there is one thing launching and working for disruptive brands has taught me, it is the power of collaboration. Bringing people together and ideas to life is what I love to do, and I’ve been able to do this with top brands around the globe.
